What skills will my dog learn during the walks?
Our training walks focus on basic obedience skills like recall, walking on lead, sit, stay, and impulse control, as well as tailored activities based on your dog’s needs.
How long are the walks?
Each walk lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
Will I receive updates about my dog’s progress?
Yes! After each session, you’ll receive two training videos via WhatsApp showcasing your dog’s progress.
How many walks per week can I book?
We require a minimum booking of two walks per week. Additional days can be requested but are subject to availability.
What is the cost of the walks?
Single walks are $50 per dog, and double walks are $94 per dog. Double walks can be consecutive or at different times.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?
Yes, our trainers will pick up and drop off your dog during the scheduled time slots (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM).
What if my dog has dietary restrictions?
If your dog has allergies or a sensitive stomach, you can prepare treats for us to use during the session.
What happens if I need to cancel a walk?
Please notify us by 3:00 PM the day prior. Late cancellation fees will apply.
Can you accommodate my preferred time for walks?
We’ll do our best to accommodate your preference for morning or afternoon walks, though availability may vary.
Will walks proceed if it’s raining?
Yes, our Train and Play Walks will continue in light to moderate rain to keep your pup active and engaged. However, in cases of heavy rain or hail, walks may be canceled for safety reasons. If this occurs, your dog will be relocated to a safe location before being brought back home.
Will walks proceed in hot weather?
Yes, our Train and Play Walks are conducted even in warm conditions. To ensure your dog’s comfort and safety, we only visit parks and locations with ample shade and fresh water. Additionally, our vans are equipped with air conditioning to handle the Australian heat effectively.
Which parks will you take my dog to?
We like to practise at different locations and try to vary the locations we take the dogs. Centennial Park, Rodney Reserve, Rose Bay Beach are just some of them.
