Use of any of our services assumes that you have read and agreed with the terms and conditions.
All dogs must be fully insured and include third party liability.
All dogs must be fully vaccinated and wormed at regular intervals.
All dogs must be kept on lead until instructed by a trainer.
The client agrees to mention any known behavioural/aggression problems that their dog has with other animals, toys, food or humans. Client is solely responsible for any harm or injury caused by their dog while in the care of Take A Lead.
Confidentiality
All customer records and information is kept in the strictest of confidence and is not shared with any third party. Any information shared with Take A Lead employees is strictly on a ‘need to know’ basis.
Email addresses and mobile numbers will be used for marketing purposes.
Booking / Payment
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 24-hour non cancellation policy in place. A cancellation which occurs 24 hours or more before the scheduled time is able to re-book at no additional cost subject to availability.
There is no refund if you miss a training session.
If we cannot gain access to the house / apartment or your dog isn’t available for pick up. We will need to charge the walk and train service rate.

Take A Lead Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for and exclude all liability in connection with personal Injury, Loss, Theft, Injury to Animals howsoever caused during the provision of Training lessons.
It is the responsibility of the owner of the dog to ensure the health of the dog is verified by a vet to ensure there are no underlying health issues, before any training takes place.
